📋 Description

• Align Nielsen's enterprise strategy with category strategies to deliver best-in-class products and services at the lowest possible cost • Lead strategic procurement activities, including assessment, selection, and management of externally contracted services • Negotiate requirements and provisions, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and enterprise policies • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders by identifying critical business requirements and providing sourcing services • Identify opportunities for new business, process optimization, and system improvements • Drive Total Cost of Ownership reductions through deep analytics and leverage supplier capabilities to meet business needs • Develop and execute sourcing plans for indirect spend • Maintain strategic supplier relationships • Take end-to-end ownership of key contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5 years in procurement with a proven track record of driving cost-saving initiatives and successful business outcomes • Prior experience in the full sourcing lifecycle (Scoping, SOW Development, Evaluation, Negotiation, and Contract Transition) • Working knowledge of Ariba, P2P platforms, or spend analytics applications • Ability to adapt to different cultures and time zones • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • Genuine interest in procurement and negotiating enterprise agreements with large suppliers
