Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on customer marketing or customer relationship management • Proven track record of developing and executing bold and innovative marketing programs that drive customer satisfaction and practice growth • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both internal and external stakeholders • Strategic vision and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to support customer activities
