Description
• Lead the planning and execution of trade show participation, ensuring our robotic lunch technology is showcased effectively to the medical community • Develop innovative booth designs, interactive demonstrations, and engaging presentations to attract attendees • Coordinate pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns to generate buzz and drive traffic to our booth • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align trade show activities with overall marketing and sales strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, trade show coordination, or marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and trade shows in the medical device sector • Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical terminology, particularly related to robotics and minimally invasive surgery • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and executives • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality event experiences that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to support event activities
