Description

• Collaborating closely with customers to ensure they are utilizing the product to its full potential, with a focus on building different workflows for different business units • Participating in and leading technical calls with developers to assist in resolving Noibu identified bugs • Acting as the primary technical point of contact, liaising with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to address larger issues • Serving as a Noibu Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong understanding of its functionality (not code-level expertise) • Conducting live training sessions with developers to ensure that all customers, both new and existing, are proficient in debugging errors • Providing support for technical issues via ZenDesk tickets

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS environments in a high-touch, customer-facing position • Applied experience with back and front-end web applications to answer questions, troubleshoot and solve unique problems with third-party developers (Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.) • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with and supporting stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Ownership mentality; ability to take an idea and run with it • High emotional intelligence - enjoy building relationships, value collaboration, and have a good sense for others' motivations • Ability to adapt to new processes and work accurately in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
