Description

• Architect and implement the credit, fraud and compliance (risk) strategies into a low-code/no-code platform • Collaborate with business, operations, product and engineering teams • Design resilient, scalable, and forward-looking solutions • Assist in BAU and performance testing • Optimize platform performance • Measure performance and identify areas for optimization • Create and maintain detailed documentation • Research new technologies, vendors, and solutions • Manage relationships with 3rd parties • Communicate plans, progress, and decisions to internal stakeholders and executives • Create, maintain, and evangelize implementation roadmap • Familiarity with credit, fraud, risk, or compliance systems and/or strategies a plus • Familiarity with workflow/BPMN tools is a plus • Self-starter with a can-do attitude • Act-like-an-owner mentality

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Engineer • Strong technical skills in system implementation and integration • In-depth knowledge and experience in business process modelling and optimization • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Experience with SQL, Python, and Javascript • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and testing tools like Postman • Passion for the product • Problem-solving, creativity, and resiliency • The Triple H Factor: Humble, Hungry, and Honest • Familiarity with credit, fraud, risk, or compliance systems and/or strategies a plus • Familiarity with workflow/BPMN tools is a plus • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
