Description

• Ensures successful installation of Intapp solutions • Assesses client needs and implements legal systems • Provides leadership and expertise in deployment methodologies • Acts as escalation point for complex situations • Highly proficient with products and features • Performs upgrades and migrations to production systems • Writes reports using SQL and/or cloud-based reporting solutions • Owns end-to-end implementation of software products and services • Responsible for client communication and setting expectations • Assists with product rollouts and end user training • Maintains professional and technical knowledge • Contributes to team effort • Provides design and architecture expertise for client integrations • Delivers new integrations and performs maintenance activities • Responsible for overall integration strategy • Works closely with clients to roll out new software solutions • Reviews and resolves complex technical support requests • Consistently maintains 80-90% of time spent on client-billable projects

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • At least 2-5 years of customer-facing software implementation experience • Experience in a legal services/law firm environment • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL scripting language • Competent in problem-solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus, and punctuality • Preferred qualifications: Experience in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, IIS, SSL, Sisense reporting tool, Legal systems such as Aderant, Elite, iManage, Dell Boomi certification
