• Prospecting and acquiring new customers. Upselling & Cross selling the Akamai portfolio to your install base. • Fostering long term relationships through positioning valued solutions to meet your customers unique needs. • Maintaining sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting. Managing contract renewals. Minimising lost revenue and churn. • Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure your customers realise the Value of their Akamai services.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and the Internet, including cyber security and cloud compute. • Have relevant sales experience working with multi vertical companies in MEA. • Have experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies. • Demonstrate experience of account management with short term and long term planning, selling value at C-Level. • Have experience working in a collaborative, results oriented environment building executive level relationships with high-level customers. • Have good written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in English and Arabic is a must) with experience in managing internal and external communications remotely.
