Description

• Conduct daily performance checks for marketing activities • Collaborate with marketing teams on strategy • Design and execute local marketing campaigns • Provide guidance to marketing teams • Identify and secure new affiliate partners • Understand influencer marketing landscape • Initiate and expand retail business opportunities • Engage with media and attend interviews • Monitor competitor activities • Review content for consistency • Lead and manage Assistant Country Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in Revenue Growth + Affiliate & Influencer Marketing • Experience with SEO, Mobile Marketing, and Paid Marketing is a plus • Strong analytical skills and data-driven • Proficient in negotiation and partnership development • Good communication and public speaking skills • Fluent in Japanese and English • Ability to travel 2 times per year to Lithuania and within Japan • Must spend first 2-3 weeks in Vilnius
