• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical teams, supporting the sales team with technical insights and validations. • Conduct technical demonstrations of our products, with a primary focus on the Freshworks portfolio. • Assist in preparing proposals and tailored solutions based on customers' pain points and needs. • Participate in meetings with leads and prospects, identifying business opportunities with a consultative approach. • Map and organize technical requirements, helping to assess the feasibility of solution implementations. • Work closely with the Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
• Intermediate to advanced English (essential for reading and meetings with partners). • Technical knowledge of software or SaaS solutions. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with commercial teams. • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand problems and propose technical solutions. • Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning (new to the field? We're willing to teach!). • A plus: experience with Freshworks solutions or other ITSM/CRM platforms.
