• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of solutions. • Engage with prospective clients to assess their current infrastructure, identify pain points, and propose effective integration and migration strategies. • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of projects from pre-sales to implementation, providing ongoing support and expertise. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product developments to effectively articulate value proposition to clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Previous experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within the legal technology industry. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software systems and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients. • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service.
