📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from aligning the role profile with hiring managers to extending offers and closing positions • Work with openings across different functions and seniority levels, adapting attraction strategies to each profile • Act as a consultant to leadership, supporting profile definition, designing selection stages, and managing the recruitment process • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize Talent Acquisition processes, proposing and implementing more efficient and scalable solutions • Lead new-hire onboarding and initiatives related to employee experience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Experience conducting competency-based interviews • Experience recruiting across different functions and seniority levels • Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders • Organized, analytical, process- and results-oriented profile • Data-oriented mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple processes simultaneously • Preferred: experience working at a marketing agency • Preferred: experience with other HR subsystems or processes
