Description

• The Product Manager will lead the development and strategy for our user-focused app catering to NurseDash Professionals (NDPros), focusing on enhancing user experience and driving product growth. • This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch. • Responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, defining and analyzing metrics, and acting as a product evangelist.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of product management experience in a tech or healthcare environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence and/or other similar tools). • Willingness to travel as needed for market research and partner engagement.
