📋 Description

• Define and lead Nuuvem’s growth strategy, with direct responsibility for CAC, LTV, payback and ROI. • Lead and develop the Growth team, set priorities and ensure the team is not merely reactive. • Build, test and validate unconventional acquisition channels, creating organic growth mechanisms and viral loops. • Own the strategy for acquiring new users, mastering paid media and organic traffic. • Manage the marketing budget autonomously, prioritizing investments across channels based on return and efficiency. • Apply innovation and Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day operations, continuously seeking new methods and tools to optimize campaigns. • Foster an aggressive experimentation culture, evaluating hypotheses to optimize conversion across the gamer journey. • Ensure growth initiatives are aligned with marketing, product and business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields. • Proven track record of building acquisition channels or mechanisms from scratch. • Experience leading people and making decisions in in-house Growth or Performance teams. • Strategic growth mindset connected to revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, payback and ROI. • Sufficient paid media knowledge to direct a team or agency. • Builder/tinkerer profile: hands-on use and constant exploration of AI tools and new technologies. • Comfortable with continuous experimentation and able to validate or quickly kill what doesn’t work. • Leadership capability, people development experience and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills to translate complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences. • Fluent English for reading international benchmarks and liaising with partners.
