📋 Description

• Own and execute the SEO strategy, covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, content and organic growth • Drive AI/LLM visibility across emerging LLM platforms • Manage and continuously improve the marketing website • Create pages, optimize existing pages, and refine navigation, internal linking and information architecture • Own the technical SEO roadmap and fix crawling, indexing, structured data, performance, metadata and site architecture issues • Develop and optimize SEO-driven content, landing pages and blog content with content writers • Partner with product marketers to turn product priorities and launches into strong digital experiences • Work with designers and developers to build and improve website experiences • Analyze performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO platforms • Turn performance insights into action • Continuously test, learn and adapt as search and AI discovery evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, growth marketing or a similar role • Strong expertise in SEO, including technical SEO • Hands-on experience managing and improving websites and CMS platforms • Comfortable building and editing pages independently, not just managing people who do it • Strong understanding of website architecture, search intent, content optimization and organic growth • Experience working cross-functionally with content, product marketing, design and social • Genuine interest in AI, LLMs and the future of search • Analytical, curious and highly execution-oriented • Fluent in English • Webflow experience — must • Experience with LLM visibility / GEO / AI SEO • Experience working with freelancers / agencies for backlinks while remaining the internal lead executor — must • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge • Experience in a technology, SaaS, startup or rapidly growing company
