• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach to hospitals, FQHCs, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations to identify opportunities. • Qualify and hand off viable leads to the Director of Business Development for continued engagement and proposal advancement. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for initial meetings and new opportunities. • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns. • Refine messaging and communication cadence to increase engagement and conversion. • Manage and maintain lead data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records. • Build brand awareness and keep OBHG and Obtelecare top of mind with healthcare decision-makers. • Develop a strong understanding of OB/GYN hospitalist services, telehealth models, and the healthcare delivery landscape. • Gain deep product knowledge of OBHG’s value proposition, Obtelecare offerings, and competitive market positioning. • Participate in ongoing sales enablement, training sessions, and industry education opportunities to stay informed about trends and regulations. • Uphold OBHG’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in all interactions. • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high level of energy in representing the company to external partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development to align outreach strategy with growth objectives. • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting (high-volume outreach environment). • Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). • Strong oral and written communication skills; able to build rapport quickly over the phone. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and maintain resilience in fast-paced environments. • Experience developing or executing email marketing campaigns. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM reporting tools. • Experience in healthcare sales, telehealth, or hospital business development (preferred). • Familiarity with OB/GYN service lines or hospital contracting processes (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
