• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. • Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new business opportunities. • Motivate, and manage a national sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success. • Oversee and optimize the distribution network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of products. • Manage existing wholesale accounts and identify opportunities for expansion. • Work closely with teams across the states to explore and expand sales opportunities. • Leverage previous agency experience to collaborate effectively with external agencies for marketing and promotional activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the commercial restaurant or appliances industry, wholesales, mass merchandising, and distribution. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a history of successful partnerships. • Experience in working with external agencies for marketing initiatives.
