Description

• Lead post-sales technical interactions with OctoAI’s customers • Proactively guide customers throughout their entire lifecycle • Identify ways to improve Gen AI workflows for customers • Become an expert user of the OctoAI platform • Build strong customer relationships and enable them to become OctoAI advocates • Partner with Customer Program Managers and Account Executives to drive account growth • Collaborate with OctoAI engineering teams as a customer advocate • Contribute to technical marketing activities • Capture, implement, and share best practices among the OctoAI user community • Stay updated on trends in the Gen AI industry

Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineering experience • Experience with SaaS or Enterprise platform-based solutions • Experience in generative AI, cloud deployment, or data engineering implementations • Familiarity with Gen AI technologies like Stable Diffusion and Large Language Models • Proficiency in cloud deployment technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP • Proficient in Python and Bash scripting, other languages a plus • Strong presentation and communication skills • Interest in self-guided learning of new technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, small team environment • Resourceful and resilient in ambiguous situations • Cross-functional collaboration experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
