• Identify emerging product and industry trends through customer insights and competitive analysis • Develop and manage sales pipeline & accurate forecast through the CRM system • Build strategic relationships within assigned named accounts • Serve as key client contact for all customers and co-ordinate resources • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products • Develop and present executive-level presentations to new and existing customers
• Live in the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands, or Germany and have working rights • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, SaaS products preferred (3+ years ideally) • Bilingual, fluent in English and French or German preferred • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills, motivated, driven and results-oriented • Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills • At least 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in the Enterprise space and DevOps • Knowledge of the DevOps industry and at least 3+ years of software sales experience • Experience managing a list of 20+ accounts, existing and new customers • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and partners • Track record of quota attainment • Strong business development background and experience in opening new logos • Experience with MEDDPICC, salesforce, and storytelling techniques • Experience selling to developers, QA engineers, and site-reliability engineers
