Description

• Liaise with tech, operations, our clients and others to identify new features in Kraken that need to be built, enhanced or fixed • Gather requirements, define approach, and help write pitch documents so developers can hit the ground running and support them during a project • Own the backlog of work to support development of our technology • Help report on progress of projects, new features and your team's roadmap across the wider organization • Help teams that are working on front-line support to quickly resolve issues • Think strategically about, and contribute to what we can do better as a Product Team • Must be willing to challenge beliefs, have the ability to see through multiple viewpoints and, if needed, reach beyond your remit to support the client

Requirements

• Track record of making improvement projects within your team - going out of your way and taking it upon yourself to improve what didn't work so well • An excellent knowledge of the energy industry in Spain • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and an ability to interact with people with varying levels of technical knowledge • To be a strategic thinker, always relating your decision making back to the overall goals of the team and the customer experience • To be willing to wear many different hats. For example, this might mean learning some development skills (e.g. SQL) for data analysis, possibly even reading and amending code • To be curious and a great listener - fantastic ideas come from everywhere in Kraken Technologies, so you'll need to be able to spot and harness them
