📋 Description

• Conduct initial telephone outreach and pre-screening of candidates • Assess profiles systematically according to predefined criteria • Forward suitable candidate profiles to the team lead • Optional: Conduct brief follow-up interviews • Support the recruitment process within an RPO model • Focus exclusively on recruiting, without business development or unrelated administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting or candidate screening • Professional and confident communication skills • Structured and reliable approach to work • Enjoyment of direct interaction with candidates • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility • Familiarity with the GDPR and the confidential handling of personal data
