Description

• Technical Support Specialist role at Okendo • Provide responsive chat and email support to merchants • Complete onboarding tasks for merchants • Front-end development on Shopify storefronts • Install and configure Okendo widgets • Collaborate with other support team members • Maintain high work quality and coding practices • Contribute to internal technical documentation • Escalate incidents as necessary • Provide product feedback and industry awareness • Participate in cross-functional projects • Assist sales and marketing teams in technical aspects • Engage in Okendo forums, webinars, and various channels • Create technical support resources for merchants

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing support role with technical specialization • Experience writing code in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Proficient at troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms • Familiarity with SaaS and experience with CRM systems • Extreme ownership, quick learner, empathy, engagement, time management • Problem-solving skills, work ethic, judgment, customer-oriented • Ability to work independently and with a team • Ability to complete tasks to high standards and escalate as needed
