• Close 15+ hires in your first year (majority in engineering roles) • Build authentic relationships with the crypto community through all means of sourcing; traditional or otherwise • Manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple searches (primarily technical), creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles • Build out our recruiting processes, working with our team to define the pipeline for each role, and using your experience to define an efficient process with the right tools • Build up the brand and reputation for Omni’s talent moat • Conduct screening interviews • Improve our conversion rate by following up with candidates to see how they are reasoning about the opportunity • Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to hiring partners and leadership teams
• 3+ years experience in technical recruitment for a fast-growing tech company (preferably crypto) • Ability to find the hard to find - tireless in sourcing and pursuing the best leads • Ability to filter out engineering candidates not meeting our high bar, before moving them on to the technical interview • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools • Interest in the crypto space
