Description

• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for omnichannel and multiple business units, which are at different stages. • Supplier management: lead relationships with factories globally, ensuring we have the right capacity and quality standards (agreements, audits, compliance). • Process Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement culture to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our production process. • Risk management: risk assessment policy defined and implemented • Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas to develop key projects such as implementing new product categories with the right quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manager in Production, Sourcing, and Quality for apparel and/ or beauty businesses or in similar roles. • Must be based in the US territory or Hong Kong. • Solid experience in factory production and quality processes in the intimate apparel, general apparel, and/or beauty industry • Experience managing different business units simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field. • Experience leading teams overseas, preferably in China. • Availability to travel for work-related purposes. (Willingness to reallocate is a plus, not mandatory)
