• Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs • Define program objectives and use data to drive improvements • Work autonomously to understand and solve business problems • Oversee gaps between teams and systems • Develop and govern KPI reporting mechanism • Proactively identify and mitigate risks • Communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally • Provide thought leadership and support department leadership in long-term strategies implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a tech-led organization • 5+ years of driving process improvements • Experience using data and metrics for decision-making • Ownership of program strategy and end-to-end delivery • Knowledge of project management methodology and process improvement disciplines • Strong relationship and trust-building skills • Ability to improve client/customer outcomes • Autonomous operating with little supervision • Understanding of business problems and barriers
