Description

• As Lead People Partner, your mandate is to lead the HR strategy for One's Engineering and Product organizations, which collectively make up the majority of the company's employee base. This pivotal role will work with leadership to foster high-performance cultures and increase employee engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor, the People Partner will embody an owner's mindset, providing invaluable counsel to One's leadership team. One's mission is to help people lead healthier financial lives by enabling them to achieve financial progress. This role will further that mission by ensuring One is fit for scale and able to foster and retain world-class talent. You will work closely with One's Technology and Product teams and report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Requirements

• You have at least ten years of experience leading HR for technical and non-technical teams in high-growth environments. • You're a Driver. You are biased toward action and consider how your work directly impacts the business’s most critical priorities. • Significant experience working with senior leadership on organizational design, cultural development, talent development, and employee relations. • At least four years of experience working in Fintech or adjacent industry. • Experience overseeing HR for teams across functions and geographies at high-growth technology companies. • You are a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • You have a deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
