Description

• Platform Engineers at One are responsible for providing a stable, secure, and efficient platform that upholds high standards of security and compliance, ultimately ensuring customer trust and business success. • Besides writing, reviewing, and shipping code, engineers collaborate with others across the company, from product, design, and data to customer support, ops, and compliance. Software Engineers are highly technical, communicative, and emotionally intelligent. • Responsible for solving complex problems that arise at scale, maintaining and innovating on a suite of platform components, developing and maintaining robust and secure infrastructure, and building internal documentation for tools and services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience and proven skills in building secure, reliable platforms; bonus if you have an understanding of financial industry-specific challenges and regulations. • A relentless focus on securing sensitive financial data, ensuring platform reliability and performance. • Passion for your craft and care for the people you work with. Value quality, communication, and culture. • Initiative to constantly improve platform resilience and efficiency, especially in the fast-paced fintech environment. Bias toward taking action. • Experience with and a desire to work in or learn a functional style of programming.
