Description

• Identify and target potential clients in the Martech industry through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and referrals • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations • Understand client objectives and develop customized marketing solutions to drive growth and achieve results • Created and delivered persuasive sales presentations and proposals • Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to position OneIMS Group's services effectively • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Martech industry • Strong understanding of marketing technology solutions and trends • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus • Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools • Prior experience in a growth-focused role is a major plus
