📋 Description

• Operate and administer the entire Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive • Manage users, groups, and licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID • Configure and maintain security and compliance settings, including MFA, Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP • Support end users with questions about Microsoft 365 apps • Help develop knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programs • Monitor the Microsoft 365 Health Dashboard, handle incidents, and create reports on platform health • Manage device access through Intune (MDM/MAM) to enable seamless mobile working • Collaborate with the IT security team to implement modern security policies in the Microsoft cloud • Reliably document configurations and permissions • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Microsoft 365

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune • Experience administering security features such as MFA, DLP, Defender, and Conditional Access • Structured, self-directed approach to work and meticulous documentation skills • Initial experience in change management and an affinity for ITIL • PowerShell expertise for automating recurring tasks • Strong communication, consulting, and service-oriented skills • At least two years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration or a comparable role • Excellent written and spoken German and English
