📋 Description

• Support customers with all questions relating to the IT systems in operation • Install, operate, and maintain server systems, including documentation • Make adjustments to operating systems and application software • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues through direct interaction with users • Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support • Administer virtual Windows servers • Administer the VMware platform

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in IT or a comparable qualification • Very good knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware, such as servers, storage, backup, switches, and routers • Experience in project-based work and with working for an IT systems provider is desirable • Service-oriented approach • Team player • Independent, structured, and proactive working style • Class B driver's license • Fluent German • Good English skills
