Description

• Lead and manage a Product Development Squad (UX/UI, Engineers, Scrum Masters, Analysts) across all stages of product discovery and development, from inception to release and beyond. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market needs. • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitors to inform product decisions. • Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining feature prioritization and development timelines, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product features and requirements based on user needs and market opportunities. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry, with a successful track record of launching and growing digital B2C products. • Deep expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies, with a portfolio showcasing previous work. • Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Excellent wireframing skills • Strong understanding of performance sales funnels and user psychology. • Preferred background in digital or performance marketing. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
