Description

• Forecast and report on revenue, marketing costs, and statistical/non-financial metrics, primarily for the OpenTable business • Assist senior management in developing and preparing quarterly forecast updates to support decision making • Participate in the annual budgeting and strategic planning process • Build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams; partner closely with business teams to understand performance • Coordinate and support weekly and monthly business reviews, including variance analyses; work across the team to develop/optimize important metric reporting • Continuously improve FP&A processes and reports to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and value of the function • Perform ad hoc analyses and support overall finance function • Manage a small team

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or other quantitative subject area • Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or revenue operations); FP&A experience preferred • Minimum of 2 years in a management position • Have strong quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in financial modeling • Have a natural curiosity and desire to learn • Are a great teammate with a “no task is too small” attitude • Are a self-starter with excellent communication, project management and organizational skills • Have a proven ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels • International experience a plus
