📋 Description

• We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and cultivate lasting relationships within the logistics industry. • You’ll leverage your expertise to engage senior leaders at asset-based, enterprise-level carriers, collaborating closely with Customer Success to deliver high-impact solutions. • Your work will be integral to shaping the growth of Optimal Dynamics’ footprint in your market—whether remote or on the road. • Key Responsibilities: New Logo Acquisition, Relationship Management, Consultative Sales Execution, Customer Success & Advocacy, CRM Management, Market & Competitive Intelligence, Travel up to 50% within your assigned market as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales. • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions. • Experience selling to or working with Transport Topics Top 100 for-hire carriers is a strong plus. • Proven track record of collaborating across sales, customer success, and product teams. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with polished presentation abilities. • Demonstrated capability to build trust quickly with all levels of leadership. • High degree of initiative, hustle, and self-motivation. • Comfortable working independently and remotely—this role is not office-based.
