• Drive the company's growth as leader of the C&I team • Develop and execute the C&I strategy • Manage and grow key relationships with large, strategic C&I customers, consultants, and aggregators • Develop clean energy solutions for strategic customers to meet sustainability goals • Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee project development activities • Lead the C&I Business Development/Originations team • Prepare RFPs and proposals for solar and energy storage projects • Understand and promote Origis' ESG goals and activities
• BS and/or BA, MBA preferred • 5-10+ years of business development/origination experience • Background in leading teams during a company's growth cycle • Experience with C&I customers in the U.S. market • Deep understanding of U.S. utility scale solar and energy storage markets • Experience in negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Virtual Power Purchase Agreements (VPPAs), and Build Transfer Agreements (BTAs) • Knowledge of US wholesale power markets and competitive power market constructs • Experience with CRM platforms • Strong communication and organizational skills
