ā¢ Cool and collected operation of a high volume, multi-channel ticket queue ā¢ Serving as an escalation point for intricate support requests ā¢ Troubleshooting complex software integrations ā¢ Oversight and operation of a cross-functional ticket queue ā¢ Assisting with the creation of knowledge base content ā¢ Developing cross-functional relationships ā¢ Providing holistic resolutions to customers ā¢ Delivering world-class customer experience ā¢ Critically evaluating customer support processes ā¢ Participating in training and coaching of support representatives
Requirements
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support ā¢ Zendesk/FreshDesk experience ā¢ Experience troubleshooting SaaS ā¢ Intermediate proficiency with Google Apps suite ā¢ Live chat and email support experience ā¢ Proficiency in real-time troubleshooting ā¢ Nice-to-have: Experience contributing to knowledge base, troubleshooting APIs, Salesforce Sales App/Account Object, networking troubleshooting, writing complex SQL queries, familiarity with integrations like Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot
