Description

• Improve member experience • Lead member-facing communication strategy • Drive clinical and administrative value for the business • Work cross-functionally with various teams to build campaigns and programs • Create direct to consumer and direct to provider product marketing strategies • Manage and oversee product marketing initiatives • Develop multi-channel campaigns to drive action and behavior change for all segments of members

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant work experience in B2C multi-channel campaign development, value proposition development, consumer segmentation, and campaign analysis • 5+ years of experience identifying new and innovative ways to solve problems through marketing • 4+ years of experience using data and analytical capabilities to solve business problems • 3+ years of experience creating marketing campaigns with quantifiable results • 2+ years of direct experience defining and measuring direct response marketing tests across single or multi-channel campaigns • 2+ years of experience leading teams of direct and indirect reports
