Description
We are looking for a dynamic Tax Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing and streamlining the precise preparation of our company's tax returns. As the Tax Manager, you will ensure complete adherence to local, national, and international tax regulations by implementing a range of robust systems and controls. Your primary responsibilities will also include assisting with various compliance tasks, including insurance and business filings.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required • Proven work experience as a Tax Manager • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax returns • Strong analytic abilities and problem-solving skills • M&A experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Travel requirement – 20% • NetSuite experience preferred • QuickBooks experience preferred
