📋 Description

• Manage and maintain leads within LeadSimple CRM • Ensure all lead information is accurate and up to date • Track lead activity, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress • Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with prospects • Respond to and follow up with incoming leads • Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages • Keep leads engaged throughout the sales process • Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps when appropriate • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients • Generate new leads through online research, prospecting, and networking • Identify opportunities to expand the company's client base • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support business growth • Evaluate current CRM and lead management workflows • Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency • Help create structured processes for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting • Track key business development metrics and activities • Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts and pipeline status • Communicate opportunities, challenges, and recommendations to management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role • Hands-on experience using LeadSimple CRM (required) • Experience managing sales pipelines and lead follow-up processes • Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities • Comfortable learning new processes and recommending improvements
