Description

• Perform accounting and administrative duties • Support an American company • Work during American business hours • Record daily business transactions • Update the ledger and budgets • Financial analysis • Keep track of client’s expenses and bills • Process and manage client’s payroll • Manage client’s credit cards if required • Assist with audits and fact-checking • Process reimbursement forms • Issue customer invoices and prepare cost estimates • Manage bank transfers and schedule payments • Prepare transaction and expenditure reports • Help to monitor budgets and expenditure

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting (Associate, BA, or MA) CMA is a plus • 2+ years of experience working as an Accounting Specialist for US clients • Fluent in American English (written and oral) • Solid knowledge of QuickBooks
