Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions using the Go High Level platform • Create funnels, build automations, manage support tickets, onboard new clients, and execute email campaigns to optimize CRM experience • Build and maintain websites using the GoHighLevel platform • Handle and resolve client support tickets related to GHL promptly and effectively • Implement marketing automation sequences and workflows to optimize client campaigns • Troubleshoot technical issues related to GoHighLevel platform and provide timely solutions • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions • Customize GHL according to client requirements, including CRM data management, integration with third-party tools, and workflow automation • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of GHL-based solutions, troubleshooting issues as needed

Requirements

• Has 2 years of experience as a GoHighLevel Technician/software technician • Fluent in American English, written and oral • Proficiency in using the GoHighLevel platform • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members • May require occasional weekends or extended hours to meet project deadlines
