Description

• Serve as initial point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in injury matters • Conduct interviews to gather detailed information • Provide basic information on available legal services to potential clients • Communicate legal processes and potential outcomes • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff • Accurately record and update client information • Draft and send engagement letter to clients for signature • Ensure all required legal forms and documentation are completed and filed • Compile all necessary documentation before initial call with attorney • Coordinate and schedule initial call after documents have been received • Collaborate with other legal departments or external organizations • Conduct follow-up activities to track progress of legal cases • Collaborate with attorneys for seamless transitions in legal representation

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English • 2+ years experience as legal intake specialist for US law firm • Knowledge of Trello and Clio is a plus • Proven experience in legal intake or client services role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
