• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals • Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them • Manage commercial proposals and developing business opportunities • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely business development activity reports to management • Provide key feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development • Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C2) • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities • Experience in conducting Discovery calls • Have successful closed deals • Experience in building the business development strategy from scratch • Experience in finding cold leads and converting them into customers • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks • Would be a plus: • Experience working for an outstaffing or outsourcing company • Great sense of humor
