• Overjet is hiring our first Director of Revenue Operations to join our growing GTM team. You will be responsible for owning the impact of our revenue-related systems and tools. This is a highly cross functional role - supporting sales and customer success to ensure our teams operate effectively. As the owner of our CRM (Salesforce) and the rest of our tech-stack you will be responsible for building and up-leveling our processes and ensuring data integrity, as well as bringing the necessary infrastructure a high-growth revenue organization needs to scale.• Responsibilities ◦ Own system configurations (fields, workflows, point-to-point integrations between revenue systems) as well as ongoing development ◦ Own our Revenue capacity modeling, including but not limited to compensation planning, account segmentation, territory creation, and headcount planning ◦ Own the analysis of our revenue workflows across customer acquisition, expansion and renewal motions, helping to identify barriers and opportunities to drive efficient growth ◦ Create, establish and monitor a best in class reporting infrastructure through Salesforce and other related reporting tools. This includes maintaining data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication ◦ Partner with revenue leadership on our end-to-end Sales and CS processes and align technology/solutions to the needs, as well as our internal data and analytics team to ensure trust in data mapping between systems
• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, etc. • 3+ years of experience in a VC-backed SaaS startup environment • Experience creating infrastructure within the Revenue Operations department as the first or one of the first hires for your organization • Experience building out a CRM (ideally Salesforce), and advanced knowledge of the permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards • Strong analytical and data management skills • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certification is preferred
