• Outreach strategy (30%): Define and implement effective contact techniques to approach prospects. Identify key contacts and gather as much information as possible about them (company, industry, products, routes, volume, etc.) before reaching out to maximize conversion rates. • Prospecting & Client Acquisition (70%): Outbound: contact prospects by phone and via personalized emails; qualify prospects to ensure they match our business model; present OVRSEA quickly and clearly; secure a remote product demo and collaborate with Account Executives. Inbound: work closely with the Marketing team on events, newsletters and webinars.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with first commercial/sales experience and looking for the next challenge. • Interest in international trade and curiosity to learn the complex, fascinating sector of international freight. • You enjoy setting ambitious — yet achievable — targets. • Strong verbal and written communication skills: clear, structured and concise messaging. • Determination, tenacity and resilience are essential to succeed in this role. • Demonstrated organizational skills and rigor in following up on activities: daily task management, prospect follow-ups, etc.
