Description

• Take full ownership of the monthly financial forecast cycle • Collaborate with the team to analyze and manage operating results • Build process improvements to increase forecast efficiency and accuracy • Prepare reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders • Lead agile planning and perform strategic analyses to support capital allocation decisions • Coordinate with various teams to build new workflows related to cash flow, M&A, and strategic partnerships • Play a key role in learning how to scale business processes in a fast-paced, growth environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of Finance experience working at a high growth mid/large sized company, with at least 2 years in Corporate FP&A and 1+ year of experience managing cash flow • Deep understanding of financial statement analysis, GAAP accounting concepts, and how financial statements are connected • Advanced Excel and Financial Modeling skills • Strong Anaplan and Netsuite experience • Ability to juggle multiple requests and prioritize effectively • Demonstrated partnership with cross-functional teams
