📋 Description

• Design the first emails for every new client • Set the visual system for each brand, including type, photography, color, merchandising, and motion • Own design quality across the agency’s book of business • Brief, critique, and develop graphic designers while maintaining delivery standards • Provide campaign-level art direction for weekly sends, promotions, and product drops • Partner with strategists and copywriters to turn briefs into premium, non-generic email creative • Adapt visual direction across fashion, beauty, CPG, and luxury accessories brands • Continue hands-on design work as the art director on every account

🎯 Requirements

• Art direction experience for an agency or brand at 9-figure ecommerce scale; applicants must name the agency and brands • Exceptional email portfolio focused on campaign art direction rather than flow production • Experience with custom display type, treated photography, and designed merchandising • Must continue designing hands-on; the first work for each new client is self-designed • Previous experience leading designers, including briefing and redlining work • Mastery of Figma • Adobe proficiency assumed • Ability to build for Klaviyo without producing generic Klaviyo-style designs • Range across fashion, beauty, CPG, and accessories • Based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, the United States, or Canada • Portfolio link required; applications without one are not read
