📋 Description

• Manage and lead the South Africa-based remote Guest Care & Booking team • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality • Develop and optimise workflows, processes, and systems for a growing team and business • Help scale the team and operations as the business grows • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members • Ensure guest inquiries, bookings, and operational matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard • Collaborate with the wider business to identify operational challenges and implement solutions • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management • Track key performance metrics and ensure operational and service targets are met • Provide occasional out-of-hours support when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimising remote teams • Experience scaling teams, improving operations, or supporting business growth • Strong leadership and people management skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of operational challenges • Experience in property, real estate, hospitality, or a similar industry is highly preferred • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities • Flexible working style and willingness to occasionally be on call outside regular working hours • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Hands-on management experience building structure, improving processes, developing people, and helping a business scale
