• min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for IT, business, and marketing roles • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong relationship-building and networking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
