• Hiring for Business and Marketing talents based in LATAM • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with recommendations. • Collaborate with clients to identify talent requirements and source candidates that meet their needs. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients • Leverage social media and other recruitment tools to promote our brand and attract top talent. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners. • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Requirements
• min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition • Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for IT, business, and marketing roles • Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong relationship-building and networking skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
