• Research and identify new business opportunities (Brazil markets) • Support outreach via email, LinkedIn and calls (possibly in person meetings) • Qualify leads and manage CRM data • Assist the sales team with pipeline development • Communicate with prospects in German, Brazilian Portuguese, and English • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to target and optimize campaigns for these specific markets
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role (Business Development, Sales) • Fluent German (C1), Brazilian Portuguese (C1/native), English (C1) • Strong communication skills • Interest in sales or business development • Organized and proactive mindset
