• 5–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot • Strong data fluency—comfortable working with datasets, building reports, and identifying trends • Experience designing dashboards and forecasting models • Familiarity with integrations and data flows (without needing to be a full engineer) • Background in entertainment, media, talent management, or creator economy preferred • Builder mindset: you like creating order from chaos • Strategic but willing to execute • Strong cross-functional communicator who can influence without authority • Comfortable being a team of one while building toward something bigger. • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms (not required but a plus) • Exposure to commission planning and incentive design (not required but a plus)
