• Reports to the Director of Partner Solutions as part of Pango’s Channel Partner group • Supports Channel Sales organization in acquiring and succeeding with Channel partners • Owns technical initiatives for partners • Coordinates with diverse international technical teams • Enhances partner-centric programs • Offers competitive pay
• 5+ years of experience in a Channel-based Sales Engineering role • Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to various audiences • Prior experience with a cybersecurity-focused service provider • Prior experience supporting partners through API and SDK integration • Understanding of basic cloud infrastructure fundamentals • Experience working with VPN infrastructure and technology • Experience in identity protection programs • Certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud infrastructure topics • Experience with API tools like Postman or Insomnia • Knowledge of common open-source cloud operating systems • Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming
